Table of Plenty is available. You can bring your extra produce to the front entrance of the church on Saturdays after 3:00PM through Sunday morning at 10:00AM to share. All produce left after 10:00AM Mass on Sunday will be donated to the local food pantry. You may take produce and make a donation. All donations are given to the local food pantry.

Reverse collection was held this weekend at the June 11-12 Masses. If you took a tag, buy the item and return it to the church to be donated to the local food pantry. There are food pantry boxes at each entrance. Note from the food pantry: Dear Notre Dame Church, Thank you for your continued support of the NEICAC Howard County Food Pantry. Your reverse collection in March brought over 500 pounds of food and 150 pounds in April into the pantry. Thank you all for helping to feed local families. Martin Ahrndt, Family Services Specialist.

Our Lady (Notre Dame) is asking each of us to pray the rosary every day. The rosary is so powerful and carries with it so many graces. Continue to tally the number of rosaries prayed on any piece of paper and drop the results in the collection basket as part of your offering. Rosaries, along with instructions on how to pray the rosary and tally slips can be found in the News and Literature stand in the church entry. Rosaries prayed in May: 478. Notre Dame, pray for us. We will be doing a new pictorial directory this summer! More information to follow! Photography sessions will be held July 12-15, Aug 2-6 and Aug 16-20. The Northeast Iowa Pro-Lifers are hosting a baby bottle drive at our parish. There are baby bottles in the back of church. Please take one, put your donation in it and return it to the parish office by Father's Day on June 19th. Thank you.

Be a guest of the Howard County Historical Society on Sunday, April 3, at 1:30PM for the presentation: "Notre Dame's 1917 Stained Glass Munich Windows". St. Catherine Circle will be serving a Swiss Steak Dinner on Thursday, April 7 from 4:30-7:00PM in the parish hall. Menu: swiss steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn, cole slaw, rolls, homemade pie or dessert, coffee and mik. $12 Dine in or carryout available.
