In a 1 qt. freezer weight bag mix the following ingredients:
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups whole milk or 2% milk
Seal the bag and cover the seal with duct tape, then use fingers to agitate the bag to mix ingredients.
In a 3 pound coffee can or gallon freezer weight bag, mix together:
5 cups of ice
3/4 cup rock salt
Place the quart bag inside the coffee can or gallon bag. Roll or agitate for 10 minutes.

**For chocolate ice cream, use chocolate milk, but only use 1/4 cup sugar.
